Previously, Rejmes did not have a process for key management, despite a very well-organized process for managing cars. An advanced process for cars and key management

Today, Rejmes created a process for keys in KeyWin that follows the same process as the cars that they are currently handling. The keys are checked in and out in the following flow: Test – Damage Repair Assessment – Workshop – Recond – Delivery. In the same way, they have a separate key management system for the cars that are currently in stock, and in the same KeyBox they also store the keys for the test-drive cars, which members of staff and customers can check in and out, with full traceability.
