Creone AB, Org. No. 556333-2989, is controller for the personal data we collect and process. This means, among other things, that we are responsible for processing your personal data correctly and in accordance with applicable laws and data protection rules. As we protect your privacy and want to be open with how and why we save personal data, we provide you with transparency through this policy.

Personal information

Creone AB primarily deals with personal data in the form of name, e-mail address, telephone, address, city, country and IP number. The categories of recipients we save personal data about are our customers, resellers or leads (you who are not customers but who ever requested information about products and services from Creone AB via our website, reseller, trade fair, event or other channel). If you are a legal person, we handle equivalent personal data about persons representing your company, such as contact person or purchaser.  You are completely free to not share these information, but we may not be able to provide you with any information you may wish.

If Creone AB is represented by a local dealer in the country you request information, Creone AB will forward your personal data to local dealer in this country. We do this to provide you with requested information about Creone AB products and services in local language and from a local contact.

Why save personal data?

Personal data is requested to assist you by providing the requested information. The legal basis for processing your personal data when requesting information may be legitimate interest or consent depending on the purpose of your request. Your personal data will only be saved as long as it is necessary to provide you with the desired service and information as long as we have a legal obligation to save the information. Creone AB makes this as long as you have not objected to processing your personal data by unsubscribing from our newsletter. The reason for this processing is primarily that you have shown interest to us and our products and we have a legitimate interest in continuing to inform you about us and our products or that you have given your consent to obtain information from us.

Creone AB and, where applicable, its subcontractors, have taken several security measures to protect the personal data processed according to applicable data protection legislation. Our strict business policy includes saving only the necessary personal data to fulfill our obligations. These personal data will only be saved as long as they are relevant to us. Only authorized personnel have access to personal data and disclosure of personal data that is not relevant or relevant, is continuously and erasure.
